As this item is personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Please check all spelling, wording, colours and details carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after ordering, please PHONE us as soon as possible so we can try to amend it before your item is made.
Personalised items are made on the day of order, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been placed. If production has already started, we will be unable to amend or cancel the order, and the full charge will still apply.
