    • We try to keep our stock online streamlined, but we have so much more stock in store!

    • At Doggie Discounts, we care about providing practical, high-quality products and friendly service.

    • If there is anything you need, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    • All personalised items are made to order on the day of purchase with high quality materials.

    • As such, please double-check all wording, numbers, colours, and personalisation details are entered carefully and correctly when ordering.

    • If you realise you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before your order is made.

    • We make and carefully package orders within 1–2 working days. Once created, orders are dispatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail Tracked 24hr or Tracked 48hr service.

    • We aim for orders to be delivered within 5-7 days. During times when there are a high volume of orders, or due to Royal Mail issues out of our hands, parcels may take a few extra days.

    • Shipping options can be selected at checkout, with pricing based on the service chosen and the weight of the order.

    • We also offer free click & collect from our South Molton store.

    • We are a UK small business. While we have the capacity to send stock abroad, for international orders shipping prices will vary depending on location and parcel size.

FAQs

Can we make custom dog collars and leads?

Yes! We can make any style completely bespoke to your pooch, including colour, size and embroidery. If you cannot see the option you are searching for, fill in a contact form. Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or pop into store.

Can you have ANY personalisation?

Absolutely! We are happy to embroider anything you would like (even the naughty ones!)

Do you do raw dog food?

Yes, however we do not offer it on delivery. If you are around the South Molton area and would like to order some raw dog food for click and collect, please email, text or phone and we can arrange this for you.

Are there any products that can’t be delivered?

Everything on the website can be delivered, apart from our fresh dog meats; which are click and collect only.

We get new stock in store every single day, so please contact us if there is something you are searching for that isn’t listed on the website.
